The
Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (Govt. of Kerala) has invited
applications for the Entrance Examinations for
admission to Professional Degree Courses in the State for the year 2017-18.
Candidate can apply online on the website
of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations during the period from 1st February
2017 to 27th February 2017.
The courses offered are:
(a) Medical Courses:
(i) M.B.B.S. (ii) B.D.S. (iii) B.H.M.S. (Homoeo)
(iv) B.A.M.S. (Ayurveda) (v) B.S.M.S. (Sidha) (vi) B.U.M.S. (Unani)
(b) Allied Courses:
(i) B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture (ii) B.Sc.
(Hons.) Forestry
(iii) Veterinary: B.V.Sc. & A.H. (iv)
Fisheries: B.F.Sc.
(c) Engineering Courses:
B.Tech. [including B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) &
B.Tech. (Food Engg.) courses under the Kerala Agricultural University, B.Tech.
(Dairy Technology) & B.Tech. (Food Technology) courses under the Kerala
Veterinary & Animal Sciences University], B.Tech. (Food Science &
Technology) Course under Kerala University of Fisheries & Ocean Studies
(d) Architecture Course:
B.Arch. (No Entrance Examination. Admission is
based on merit as assessed by equal weightage to NATA Score and marks/grades in
the Qualifying Examination)
Note that candidates
satisfying the eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus and who
seek admission to any or all of the above mentioned courses have to apply
online through the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations,
www.cee.kerala.gov.in
from 1st February 2017 to 27th February 2017 and should
send the printout of the online submitted application along with supporting
documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before the last
date and time.
The CEE will conduct Entrance Examination for admission to Engineering
Courses only.
The CEE
will not conduct any Entrance Examination for admission to B.Arch.
course and Medical & Allied courses. However, candidates seeking admission
to B.Arch. course
should compulsorily appear and qualify the
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of
Architecture (COA) on or before 10.06.2017. Candidates seeking admission to
any of the Medical & Allied courses should compulsorily appear and qualify
the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Under Graduate (NEET-UG) 2017
conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
The entrance examinations for Engineering
Courses except Architecture will be conducted on 24th and 25th
April 2017.
